Cream Cheese Buttercream

Cream Cheese Buttercream

This is the best Cream Cheese Buttercream around! You can use it on all of your cakes and cookies! I used it recently in my Mini Red Velvet Cakes and it's delicious!

Ingredients

  • 226 grams full fat cream cheese room temperature
  • 226 grams unsalted butter room temperature
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 907 grams powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
Metric - US Customary

Instructions

  • Place your cream cheese, unsalted butter, and salt into the bowl of your stand mixer with your paddle attachment.
  • Beat for about 2 minutes on medium speed until light and fluffy.
  • Add your powdered sugar and vanilla, and beat well (about 3 minutes).
  • Enjoy!
