Fudgy Chocolate Cookies

These Fudgy Chocolate Cookies are simple and fast, which are 2 of my favorite things when I've got a bunch of kids asking for a "snack" lol! Try these out today and you'll be a huge fan 🙂

Course: Dessert, Snack, Treats
Servings: 18 cookies
Calories: 157kcal

Equipment

  • Baking Pans
  • Small Cookie Scoop
  • Measuring Cups
  • Silicone Spatula

Ingredients

  • 1 box Betty Crocker Delights Super Moist Triple Chocolate Fudge Cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350F. Add your cake mix, eggs, and oil to a medium sized bowl.
  • Start mixing together using a silicone spatula. It will seem dry at first, but it will come together!
  • As soon as the mixture starts to come together add your chocolate chips. 3/4 cup is the perfect amount for me and my family, but feel free to add a full cup or even cut back to 1/2 cup.
  • Mix the chocolate chips in until evenly distributed.
  • Using a small cookie scoop (about 1 tablespoon capacity), scoop out 2 scoops.
  • Roll into a ball.
  • Place about 2 inches apart on your baking sheet. I put 8 on a pan.
  • Bake in your preheated oven for 8-10 minutes. Let cool on the pan for 5 minutes before placing on a cooling rack to fully cool.
  • Enjoy!
