No Fail Modeling Chocolate (using REAL chocolate)!
- 1 3/4 cups chocolate chips semi sweet or white chocolate (300 grams)
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup or glucose if light corn syrup is not available to you (150 grams) if using glucose, add 1/2 teaspoon of water to your glucose
- If you would rather use Candy Melts- you need 2 1/2 cups candy melts and 1/2 cup corn syrup. The method for it is included in the video as well. Make sure if you’re using candy melts to really get them down into the measuring cup. The shape of them doesn’t fill the measuring cup like the chocolate chips do. You want to make sure there’s the least amount of gaps in the cup as possible.
