I use this non-stick pan spread anytime I’m baking. Works perfect every time!
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup shortening
- Put all ingredients into a bowl and beat well. It will turn into a paste. It can be stored in an airtight container indefinitely. You can make any size batch you want as long as you use equal parts of each ingredient.
- To use: Dip a silicone brush into the mixture and paint the inside of your cake pan. It doesn't take much and you don't need a thick coat. There you go! No more cakes sticking to your pan!
