This Cinnamon Cream Cheese Buttercream tastes amazing and is wonderful on many of my cake and cupcake recipes!

Cinnamon Cream Cheese Buttercream

cupcakes or one 8" cake
Ingredients
  • 226 grams full fat cream cheese room temperature (8 ounces)
  • 226 grams unsalted butter room temperature (2 sticks)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 907 grams powdered sugar (2 pounds)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Cinnamon Cream Cheese Buttercream
Instructions
  1. Place your cream cheese, unsalted butter, and salt into the bowl of your stand mixer with your paddle attachment.
  2. Beat for about 2 minutes on medium speed until light and fluffy.
  3. Add your powdered sugar, ground cinnamon, and vanilla and beat well (about 3 minutes).
  4. Enjoy!
