This is the best Cream Cheese Buttercream around! You can use it on all of your cakes and cookies! I used it recently in my Mini Red Velvet Cakes and it’s delicious!

- 226 grams full fat cream cheese room temperature (8 ounces)
- 226 grams unsalted butter room temperature (2 sticks)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 907 grams powdered sugar (2 pounds)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla

Instructions
- Place your cream cheese, unsalted butter, and salt into the bowl of your stand mixer with your paddle attachment.
- Beat for about 2 minutes on medium speed until light and fluffy.
- Add your powdered sugar and vanilla, and beat well (about 3 minutes).
- Enjoy!
