Dark Chocolate Buttercream
This Dark Chocolate Buttercream is so decadent and delicious! I recently used it on my Banana Split Mini Cupcakes!
Place your room temperature unsalted butter and salt in the bowl of your stand mixer with the paddle attachment.
Beat on medium until lighter in color and fluffy (2-4 minutes).
Add your powdered sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla, and heavy cream to the bowl.
Beat on medium speed until well combined. It will lighten in color.
